Smith Reuter Lull worked with the Building Committee at
the Woolwich Central School to complete a Phase 1 renovation study and site
analysis of an existing 300 student K-8 school.
Multiple design schemes and budgets were developed, to
compare renovation to new construction on adjacent and remote sites. Grade
appropriate zoning, community use and long term expansion were major
considerations in the planning process.
The project is currently awaiting funding.
